**Lead Pharmacist - NFH Transition (Full-Time, Fixed-Term until 31 December 2025)**

Western Health is seeking a **collaborative leader** with extensive clinical and management experience to support the **New Footscray Hospital (NFH) operations readiness and transition activities** for Pharmacy.

**In this role, you will be responsibile to**:

- Work in close partnership with the Pharmacy and NFH Project teams
- Drive operational readiness for the Pharmacy Department
- Support and deliver key improvement projects in preparation for the transition to the New Footscray Hospital in 2025

You will play a key leadership role in ensuring a smooth transition of Pharmacy services into a state-of-the-art facility, contributing to improved health outcomes for the community.
