**JOB PURPOSE**:
Located in Pinkenba, the L3Harris Integration Sustainment Centre (ISC) is a multi-faceted logistics support entity that provides the L3Harris Defence Australia programs with integrated logistics support. Within this facility, as a member of the In Service Support (ISS) team, this role is responsible for providing logistics support to a multitude of L3 Harris projects, standing offers and services associated with the freight and distribution of L3 Harris communications equipment and ancillaries.

**SCOPE**:
Reporting to the Warehouse Manager to provide logistics support to both internal and external customers so that targeted Key Performance Indicators are met or exceeded.

**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**:

- Conducts tasks relating to the return, repair and replacement of all Harris equipment in service
- Conducts tasks relating to warehousing and distribution of CCI and NON-CCI within the ISC
- Conducts tasks relating to CCI and NON-CCI inventory and maintaining its serviceability (quality assurance, battery rotation, segregating project stock etc.)
- Provides timely and friendly customer service support so that equipment is managed in line with contracts, ESCM and related policies/regulations to support contractual performance requirements

and to maintain Harris’ excellent relationship with customers and stakeholders
- Communicates and liaises with internal and external stakeholders
- Conducts stocktaking and assurance checking
- Provides MILIS and logistics support to internal stakeholders (engineering, field service support, technicians and maintenance support)
- Provides input to assist with updates to procedures to comply with current policies, contracts and requirements of external regulations Packing and shipping of equipment for Domestic and International consignments
- Working with Import and Export Compliance to ensure International Traffic in Arms Regulation (ITAR) are correctly adhered
- Other duties as directed by the HCLC Warehouse Supervisor

**EDUCA**TION / TRAINING / QUALIFICATIONS**

Essential
- Current Australian NV1 security Clearance as a minimum
- Experience working within the ADF logistics system
- Military Integrated Logistics Information System (MILIS) qualifications for warehousing
- Current forklift licence
- Proficient in MS Office suite

Desirable
- Dangerous Goods qualifications (IATA/ADGR)
