Redfield Resources are currently looking for motivated and hardworking Leading Hand Drill Fitter to work with one of the World's Leading Mining Companies.

**Our roles are NOT short-term casual or contract they are long term temp-to-perm positions. If you are looking to secure a home loan, car loan, stability and consistency then these are opportunities that will allow you to jump off the casual and contract train and build your future and career.**

**2:2 Family Friendly Roster | $85 P/H**

**(400km Travel bonus included)**

**Responsibilities include**:

- Over see all maintenance and operations are completed in a safe and efficient manner, ensuring that production and quality goals are maintained.
- Comply with any reasonable directions given by senior management.
- Report to management any problems with product quality, equipment or employees that may affect the safety, quality or productivity of our clients operations.

**To be successful in this role, you must demonstrate the following skills and attributes**:

- Previous experience in a similar role (3 Years)
- Extensive experience working on a range of Heavy Duty Mobile Equipment (Including T45's & D65's )
- Exceptional diagnostic and fault finding skills
- Strong focus and commitment to safety
- Australian Recognised Heavy Duty Diesel Mechanic Trade Certificate
- Current Drivers Licence (manual)
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
