JSW Australia is an industry leader in customised drilling services. We are industry specialists in Drill & Blast, Exploration and Grade Control with cutting edge technology in our next generation RC drills, with full wireless remote control.

Due to an internal promotion, we are looking for an experienced Drill Fitter to take on a leading hand role at our largest minerals project based in the Pilbara. With a strong and longstanding client relationship, this role offers great job security and career progression to the successful applicant.

**Position Requirements**
- Experience with RC/grade control or exploration rigs
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team
- Australian Heavy Duty Mechanical Fitter Trade Certificate
- Ability to pass all medical, drug and alcohol, police and site clearance requirements.
- Current rights to live and work in Australia

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Working at Heights
- Air Conditioning ARC Accreditation
- HR Driver’s Licence, or above
- AFFF Ticket

We are looking for motivated individuals who are able to work unsupervised and who work well in a team environment. We require individuals who are proactive about safety and able to work under the safety management systems on site.
