- Process and manage dispatch of products to customers
- Provide excellent customer service by promptly resolving inquiries and addressing issues
- Manage warehouse operations including inventory management and ensuring a clean and organized workspace
- Client onboarding through our NAV system.
- Assist with the sales process through the preparation of estimates and/or fee proposals with the aid of the team and company directors.
- Taking orders and dealing with customer complaints and queries**.**:

- Participate in client meetings.
- Attend to general inquiries.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
