**About the Role**

VenuesWest is seeking an experienced pool manager to join the team at HBF Stadium. The Aquatic Operations Supervisor coordinates the day to day operations of the Aquatic facilities including ensuring legislative guidelines are met to delivery safe and quality customer experiences

The role supervises the Aquatic team as well as ensures the effective and efficient delivery of our aquatic services. The position plays a key role in safety including acting as Chief Warden during emergency situations, plant room operation and chemical handling.

Whilst the position will be based at HBF Stadium in Mount Claremont, mobility may be required between the portfolio of facilities.

**About the Person**

Excellent communication and organisational skills and experience supervising a team of staff in an aquatic environment are also essential for this role.

The following qualifications are essential upon commencement:

- Pool Operators/Managers Certificate.
- RLSSWA Pool Lifeguard Certificate
- Provide First Aid Certificate (HLTAID003 or equivalent)
- Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus Certificate or capacity to complete with 3 months of commencement
- Operate and Control Liquefied Chlorine Gas Disinfection or Work Safely With Liquefied Chlorine Gas Certification or capacity to complete within 3 months of commencement
- LIWA Accreditation
- WA Construction Industry White Card (Work Safely in the Construction Industry); or capacity to complete within 1 month of commencement
- WorkSafe ‘License to Perform High Risk Work’ for Forklift (FL) or capacity to complete within 3 months of commencement
