**Role Overview**

As the National Manager of Education and Partnerships, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the distribution of the organisation's education bond strategy. You will be responsible for creating compelling content, delivering presentations, and collaborating with business development managers to drive business growth. Additionally, you will lead education partnerships with financial adviser dealer groups, aiming to increase the adoption of the organization's education bond within these strategic relationships.

**Skills & Experience**

To excel in this role, you should possess:

- Exposure to insurance bonds or similar tax-paid investing structures (ie Superannuation).
- In-depth knowledge of tax-effective investment vehicles and strategies.
- Previous experience in the financial sector, specifically working with financial advisers. Technical services experience would be highly relevant.
- Content creation skills to translate technical product rules into marketable material.
- RG146 Accreditation in Financial Planning.
- Strong organizational skills, prioritization abilities, and a track record of meeting deadlines.
- Excellent presentation, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, negotiate effectively, and influence stakeholders at various levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
