**What you'll be doing**
- Assisting clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Providing support with household chores, meal preparation, and other daily living activities
- Accompanying clients on outings, social activities, and community engagement
- Promoting client independence and encouraging participation in recreational and educational programs
- Documenting client progress and reporting any changes in their condition or needs
- Adhering to all safety protocols and company policies to ensure the well-being of clients

**What we're looking for**
- Relevant experience in the **aged care** or **disability support** industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and their families
- Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to make a positive difference in the lives of others
- A reliable and flexible approach to work, with the ability to adapt to the changing needs of clients
- A current **First Aid** certificate and **National Police Check**

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $24.11 - $53.34 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 30 per week
