**About the role.**

As part of our Membership team, you will be responsible for:

- Understanding the IGT Club - membership system in order to change details such as addresses, names etc. and in order to issue day passes and place comments on patron’s record
- Processing new memberships and renewals
- Data entry
- Answering customer enquiries / questions about venues and providing callers with all relevant information
- Operating the public-address system to make any announcements to club patrons and staff
- Issuing Gift Cards and raffle tickets
- Taking member bookings for the Club courtesy bus
- Screening and forwarding calls to appropriate personnel or departments and taking messages when appropriate; and
- Any other reasonable duties as requested by Management.

**Requirements**:

- 12 months reception/concierge experience in Hospitality / Hotel / Entertainment is preferred
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and presentation
- Excellent skills in customer service, attention to detail, communication, time management, dealing with difficult conversations and customer complaints
- IGT systems experience (or willing to learn)
- Basic knowledge and skills in computer systems / programs including Outlook
- Current NSW RSA / RCG competency card
- Polite phone etiquette; and
- Willing to work a mixture of day, evening and weekend shifts.
