About the Role
Reporting to the Facility Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing the buildings, furniture and equipment to a high standard, having regard for the comfort and wellbeing of residents at Belmont Grange. There will be on call duties as required and a car allowance attached to this position.
This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4:06pm.

Essential Requirements
- Current and valid police check
- Current Victorian driver's licence
- Vaccination certificate
- Experience in the maintenance of an aged care facility
- Knowledge of building regulations related to aged care
