For an experienced Leasing & Facilities Manager to join the team at IntoWork Australia. Located in the Northcote office, you will be joining a highly experienced team to support the IntoWork Group of businesses and external contractors.

**The Role**:
This is a dynamic & fast-paced role with a fantastic opportunity to take ownership & accountability by adding value with process & efficiency improvements.
The Leasing & Facilities Manager reports directly to the Manager - Property, Assets & Insurance and is responsible for the properties (owned & leased) and facilities for all IntoWork businesses. This position provides leadership and support for the Intowork Group of Companies core services in:

- All aspects of property and lease management
- Facilities management - responsive, programmed and projects
- Property strategy in conjunction with the Manager & Group CFO

**About You**:
**This role is suitable for someone who is up for a challenge You will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in Leasing & Facilities, excellent written & verbal communication skills, able to deal with a wide variety of stakeholders, highly organised and able to work autonomously.**
