For an experienced Leasing Manager to join the team at IntoWork Australia. Located in our Northcote office with hybrid working available, you will be joining a highly experienced team to support the IntoWork Group of businesses and external contractors.

**The Role**:
The Leasing Manager reports directly to the Manager - Property, Assets & Insurance and is responsible for the properties for all IntoWork businesses. This position provides leadership and support for the IntoWork Group of Companies core services in:

- Property and lease management
- Facilities management - responsive, programmed and projects
- Property strategy in conjunction with the Manager & Group CFO

**About You**:
This role is suitable for someone who is up for a challenge You will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in Leasing roles, excellent written & verbal communication skills, able to deal with a wide variety of stakeholders, be highly organised and able to work autonomously.

Knowledge of lease legislation is vital to this role, along with relevant tertiary qualifications in property management.
