Seaforth Child Care is a beautiful service set near bushland on the Northern Beaches. It is calm and purposeful with intentional teaching across all of our rooms and a play-based practice. Our team are incredible and the key to the service's wonderful reputation in the community. Your role is to support and guide them.

We are a 90 place privately owned service seeking a full time Educational Leader. The role is off the floor and involves usual Ed Leader functions as well as a broader management role working alongside our senior team to ensure constant A&R readiness.

You will have the independence to make decisions and implement them - as well as the support and guidance when you need it.

What is important
- Early Childhood Degree recognised by ACECQA ( or working towards. Diploma also considered)
- Solid early childhood experience and ideally time as an Ed Leader
- A collaborative, team approach and able to establish positive relationships
- A strong, confident and motivated personality with an ambition to improve and develop the pedagogy and practice.
- You enjoy systems and documentation You are organised and pay attention to detail.
