The role in a nutshell
Take ownership of your own POSHC service and lead a team to provide a fun and quality program built by the children, for the children.
Your service is Seaforth Community Centre POSHC and it has been running successfully with consistent, dedicated staff that know the ins and outs of the day to day, and most importantly have formed lifelong memories with the children and families. Are you ready to be our next Champion of Children?

What to expect
You’ll be running your POSHC service, designing and delivering fun and exciting programs and activities, and building and maintaining fantastic relationships with our schools and partners.
**As a guide**: Before School Care runs (7:00 AM - 9:00 AM), and After School Care (2:00 PM - 6:00 PM), as well as 8 hours paid administration hours to total 35 hours per week.

About you
- We’d love it if you were Diploma/Bachelors qualified within relevant discipline as approved by ACEQCA for a Coordinator role, but we’re also happy to invest in you to study
- 5 years’ experience in a similar role would be amazing
- Bring your experience working with and supporting teams to achieve results
- A current Working with Children's Check
- The ability to pass a National Police Check
- Valid Working Rights to work in Australia
