Ladybug House is a trusted family run multi-disciplinary allied health practice operating since 2013, where egos are low and our care factor is high. Our team supports each other and has each other’s back. We are a team of speech pathologists and occupational therapists helping children and their families.

The Allied Health Assitant role is designed to help you transition from your studies to a clinician. Get to know the House and see our therapists at work. The role is suitable for final year Speech Pathology students to gain an insight into the clinical and administrative operations of Ladybug House.

You will
- Develop visual supports, fun games and activities for our clients
- Assist in running multidisciplinary groups during term time and school holidays
- Meet our families at reception and undertake some admin duties
- Assist our OTs and SPs during client sessions

The goal is to understand the role that parents play in their child's therapy, gain an insight into team dynamics, as well as participate in our charityand understand administrative functions. The end result of a successful AHA role may be a job offer into the Graduate Program.

The program is a paid position for 7.6 hours a week and is flexible and is designed to work around your hours as we understand you have placements and exams to complete.

**Mandatory Requirements.**
- Final year Speech Pathology Degree or Masters
- Blue Card/Working with Childrens and Police Check
