**_Drake Medox is proactively seeking _**_Expressions of Interest_**_ for Disability Support Worker roles in Ballarat through our Melbourne Drake Medox Branch._**

Drake Medox has been a leader in the Disability Homecare Sector for over 50 years. We specialise in high complex care and work directly with the likes of TAC and the NDIS. Our main purpose is to support our client's with achieving their life's goals and helping them in their everyday tasks.

In order for us to continue to deliver an efficient service to our clients, we are on the lookout for additional talent to supplement our current workforce of Support Workers.

Our aim is to build a strong network of health professional, who will be able to hit the ground running when our client's call for it.

If you have exceptional communication skills and a passion for the industry, we would love to hear from you.

**The following skills would be highly advantageous but not essential**:

- +6 months experience with manual handling (including hoist machines)
- +6 months experience with Spinal Injury clients
- Experience in bowel management and catheter care
- Experience with assisting with ADL's
- Experience with medication administration

- NDIS Worker's Screening Check
- Current police check (within three years)
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Current CPR Certificate
- Proof of rights to work in Australia
- Current driver's license
