**The opportunity**
The primary focus of the Property and Accounts Officer is to maintain customer and property details for pre-billing processes and provide/process information for customers in relation to metering matters.
The key duties of this role include providing advice and support to the billing team, create information statements and property declarations, and assist in the planning and programming of retail meter reader routes.

- Demonstrated experience in a comparable administrative role.
- Demonstrated ability to provide a high level of service and focus on continuous improvement in administration functions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment and develop and maintain constructive and harmonious working relationships with team members and other stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively utilise a range of computer systems including Microsoft Office and other specialist corporate systems.
