Haynes are currently seeking** Parts Advisor’s **for Hastings Deering in **Acacia Ridge, Brisbane.**

**Key responsibilities**:

- Delivery of an efficient phone service to customers; handling all phone calls in accordance with our continuously improving Customer Care Centre.
- Maintain data quality in all core enterprise systems.
- Adherence to automated roster requirements and processes to ensure scheduled resourcing meets channel Demand.

**About the offer**:

- Employment on an ongoing casual basis
- Monday to Friday roster
- Minimum 38hours per week with potential OT
- $31.00-$34.00p.h. plus penalties

**About You**

**You will bring the following skills and experience to the role**:

- Previous experience in a similar position within the heavy machinery industry ideal.
- Previous experience with Caterpillar parts is highly advantageous.
- Motivated and strong work ethic with excellent organizational skills
- Physically fit to pass a Pre-Employment Medical + D&A Screening.
