**ABOUT US**
Flowcrete are an established manufacturer of truck mounted, line and trailer pumps to the concrete pumping industry of Australia and New Zealand.

We are looking to employ a mechanically minded (preferred but not essential) individual for the position of Spare Parts Interpreter. You will need to display a high level of computer knowledge along with proven ability to interpret parts efficiently while instilling confidence in our customers.

**JOB SUMMARY / PURPOSE**
- Ensure all spare parts are available as required by the Service Team and our Customers.
- Coordinate the storage and allocation of spare parts to the Service Team.
- Dispatch of spare parts to customers and branches using appropriate couriers.
- Use our internal system in all invoicing and transferring transactions.

**KEY SKILLS**
- Tertiary, trade or or minimum two years experience in a similar position
- Excellent computer skills, with an ability to learn quickly
- Excellent phone manner with friendly, positive attitude
- Demonstrated organisational and time management skills
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to work as part of a team and autonomously

**KEY ACTIVITIES**
- Monitor spare part stock and coordinate new orders with the Purchasing Officer
- Carry out all invoicing using our ERP system.
- Ensure all parts are dispatched are as per customer or branch orders.
- Issuance of parts to the Service Team.
- Invoice service jobs prior to unit leaving Flowcrete.
- Minimise ‘out of stock’ situations, with continuous monitoring of stock
- Ensure store is tidy and clean and maintained to a high standard of organisation

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
- Overtime

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (required)
- Forklift Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
