**About our role**:
Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager working in the National Field Sales Dept located in Queensland. We are looking for targeted sales outcomes through the provision of strong leadership to a sales team. The Field Sales Manager will be required to lead from the front by being in the field coaching the sales team.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- You will be required to spend a minimum of 2.5 days per week in the field coaching to be effective, travel is required for this role.
- Develop a results accountability culture within team via strategy aligned KPI’s and regular periodic measurement.
- Provide accurate market information and quantifiable region results to management in weekly and monthly reports, and any other form necessary in addition to these reports.
- Formulate sales presentations as required by team to improve professionalism with customer accounts. Develop budgets for the customer base with regard to the product portfolio and promotional support activity.

**About you**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business (preferred)
- Proven financial understanding - Budgeting, P&L to EBIT, as well as able to negotiate
- You have competitive Environment knowledge - Category & Channel
- Advanced in presenting, data analysis and understanding
- Customer focus - Channel & Retailer understanding
- Market Activation knowledge
