We are looking for passionate and caring individuals to connect and engage with our older clients across a range of activities in our Wahroonga and Willoughby Day Centres. This is a highly rewarding and varied role assisting our Day Centre Coordinator in delivering an exceptional experience for our clients each time they visit.
**Day to day your role looks like**:

- Welcoming clients on arrival to the day centre
- Assisting in planning activities to be conducted at the day centre
- Engaging and connecting with our older clients and encouraging participation across a diverse range of activities
- Personal care including assistance with toileting clients if required

**To be successful in this role you’ll need**:

- A genuine passion for providing high quality care to the elderly
- To be comfortable interacting with a wide variety of people
- Strong communication skills
- To be a reliable team player
- An understanding of workplace health and safety
- Experience with dementia (preferred but not essential)
- Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent
