**Operations Manager - Revenue Services**

- This is a Full Time position based based in new purpose built offices at 635 Elizabeth Street, reporting to the General Manager Revenue Services.

**Your new role**:
In this pivotal role, you will play a key leadership role in the Revenue Services department. You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Billing, Collections and Cashier functions, ensuring timely and accurate revenue generation.
- This is an exciting oppourtunity for a highly motivated leader to make a real impact
- In this role, you will be a key player in identifying and implementing innovative solutions to optimise billing, cashiering and collections across the RMH
- Oversee the entire revenue cycle, ensuring accurate patient fee revenue generation and adherence to regulations
- Leading and motivating your team, maximising revenue generation, and fostering a positive work environment
- Minimising unallocated deposits, ensuring billing compliance and managing debtor performance.

- Are you a passionate and results oriented leader with a proven track record in revenue management?
- Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy building strong relationships with colleagues?
- Do you possess experiance working with RPA and other digital solutions in a Revenue/Finance setting?
- Do you have a strong understanding of the health billing regulatory framework?
- Do you posses Advanced analytical and systems skill.
