**What Support is being provided**:

- Seeking caring and committed people (female preferred) to support clients living in a group home to remain living independently at home by helping them achieve daily activities such as:

- Duties Include
- Assistance with personal care tasks
- Medication administration
- Assistance with therapy tasks
- Use of mobility equipment
- Light domestic assistance
- Meal preparation and Community participation
- Behaviour management
- Assistance with Allied Health Plan

**Shift Times**
- Shift times available are:
**Requirements**:

- Current references
- Mobile phone
- Current drivers licence and reliable vehicle - essential
- NDIS Worker’s Clearance or willing to obtain
