We care for clients that have high complex physical care needs that require support such as feeding, toileting, hoisting, light domestic duties and all personal cares. PEG feeding and bowel and bladder care are supports we provide for some of our clients, as well as community access and medication assistance.

Our team of Support Workers provide 24/7 support for personal care, in-home support, community access and domestic assistance for clients with high-complex health needs, within their own home and multiple client homes.

**Role Requirements**:
We are currently hiring for a new client in Tewantin that we will be starting toward early August 22. The shifts will be mostly be an afternoon shift into a sleepover with a shift morning shift as the client will then be at a day program for the day. Day shifts will be required every second weekend.

Shifts will be community access, some personal cares and assistance around the household.
- Certificate III in Disability / Aged or Individual Support
- Current First Aid and CPR
- Blue and Yellow Cards
- National Police Check
- Current drivers’ licence
- Your own fully insured vehicle
- Prior experience in a similar role
- Eligibility and right to work in Australia
- COVID-19 Vaccination certificate

Our fantastic support team provide on-going support that is available 24/7, allowing you to focus on the needs to your clients.

If you are currently studying to complete your certificate, we now offer placement opportunities in our SIL properties in Petrie, Narangba, Alderley and the Sunshine Coast. If you are needing to complete placement for your certificate, please include this in your cover letter.
