Your Mission
As a Bartender / Bar Person (casual, on demand), you will:

- Independently serve drinks, mix cocktails, and manage your bar station.
- Take responsibility for stock management, organisation, and cleanliness.
- Deliver memorable guest interactions with professionalism and flair.
- Assist in training and guiding junior bar staff when needed.
- Maintain WA Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) compliance and food safety where applicable.
- Adapt to different bar styles, venues, and teams while keeping service seamless.

What You Bring
- RSA certification (WA) and Food Handling / Food Safety Certificate if handling bar food.
- 2-3 years’ hospitality or bar experience.
- Strong technical skills, confidence, and the ability to thrive under pressure.
- Leadership potential, initiative, and a proactive approach.
- Energy, professionalism, and a guest-focused attitude.
