As an Inclusion Teacher at Richlands East State School, you will play a crucial role in our full inclusion model within the classroom. Collaborating closely with classroom teachers, you will be responsible for planning, preparing, and delivering differentiated instruction to meet the diverse needs of our students.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Implementing the full inclusion model within the classroom setting
- Collaborating with classroom teachers to plan, prepare, and deliver differentiated instruction
- Developing and implementing Individual Curriculum Plans (ICP) tailored to the unique needs of students
- Working with students from Prep to Year 6, addressing a diverse range of needs
- Providing support to English as an Additional Language or Dialect (EALD) students
- Conducting one-on-one and small group sessions to address learning difficulties
- Adjusting curriculum as needed to ensure optimal learning outcomes for all students
