An upcoming mediterranean beach front restaurant in Coolangatta is looking

for a great Bartender to join our kitchen team. If customer service is your

passion, and if you love making others happy with your drinks, you will love this position

Responsibilities:
- Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
- Interact with customers, take orders of food and drinks
- Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations

Requirements and skills
- Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks.
- Computer literacy
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to keep the bar organised, stocked and clean.
- RSA or willing to obtain

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 25-35 per week

**Salary**: $26.00 - $39.60 per hour
