Join a leading mining company operating in the heart of the Hunter Valley, renowned for its commitment to safety, innovation, and sustainable practices. We are seeking skilled and motivated Multi-Skilled Operators to join our dynamic team.

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate a range of heavy machinery including excavators, skid/steer loaders, dozers, water carts, etc.
- Perform equipment pre-start checks and routine maintenance.
- Safely and efficiently maneuver machinery to complete tasks as directed.
- Adhere to all site safety protocols and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Proven experience as an Operator in a mining or construction environment.
- Valid and current licenses and certifications for operating relevant machinery (e.g., excavator, skid/steer, dozer).
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and procedures.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Must be based out of the Hunter Valley region.

**Working Conditions**:

- Monday to Friday roster.
- 10-hour day shifts.
- Work located in the Hunter Valley region.
