**About the role**

Thiess Mount Pleasant Operation is seeking Experienced Multi-skilled Production operators with open cut experience and refined operating skills in Heavy Earthmoving equipment including:

- Cat 793 Dump Trucks
- Komatsu 930 Dump Trucks
- D10, D11 Dozers
- Additional ancillary equipment such as graders, loaders & water carts
- Liebherr 9600, 996, 9400, 9350 and Cat 6060 Excavators. Hitachi excavator skill set will also be considered.

You will be required to work on a rotating lifestyle roster 5/4 4/5 5/5 that includes day, night and weekend work. Mt Pleasant is an open cut mine site located in Muswellbrook NSW.

**About you**
- A minimum 12 months experience and relevant competencies in operating heavy earth moving machinery in a mining environment
- Good communication skills with the willingness to be part of a high-performance team
- Commitment to the highest safety, community and environmental standards
- Experience in operating large heavy plant
- Initiative and a flexible approach to work, with a proactive approach and productive mindset
- Ability to work to direction and be self motivated
