Part of the Knoxbrooke Enterprises group, Yarra View and Bushland Flora nurseries with 3 separate sites in Mt. Evelyn and Wandin. We produce a broad range of plants and have customers across the south eastern states of Australia that include retailers, landscapers, councils and construction firms. We are one of Australia’s leading social enterprise organisations, providing supported employment and training opportunities for people living with a disability, in a true commercial environment. You can find our plants along the recently opened Mordialloc Freeway project as well as the Bayswater and Heatherdale Station projects.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

We are looking for a full-time nursery worker to work across our 3 nursery sties. You will also have the opportunity to work across different teams depending on workload and your daily tasks may include:

- General plant maintenance (pruning, trimming, staking, watering)
- Nursery maintenance
- General potting (inc. use of potting machine)
- Assisting with watering / irrigation
- Preparation of plants for despatch

**ABOUT YOU**

Fit, healthy and active; you will have a strong work ethic and love working outdoors in a team environment. You will be able to demonstrate great communication skills along with the ability to interact with people of diverse abilities. Previous Nursery experience would be an advantage, but more important is a love of plants, your willingness to learn and the satisfaction you’ll gain from working in this rewarding environment.

Please note requirements of these roles will also include:

- Evidence of COVID-19 vaccination or authorised medical exemption
- Willingness to undertake a NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Evidence of the right to work in Australia
