Key duties - Coordinate the development of Board papers and their distribution to Board and Committee members. Manage the timeline for preparing the Board pack including following up others to avoid missing deadlines. Coordinate financial requirements e.g. expense claims, purchase orders, invoices, credit card reconciliations. Maintain a close working relationship with the Group Executive via strong communication and regular updates. Take meeting minutes and manage these including communication of decisions and action items. - Board member administration including, but not limited to, travel, maintenance of biographies and expense claims.
