**About the Team**
- Our Unified marketing team is here to drive un-believe-able results for the business. They create demand in market for MYOB and engage AU & NZ businesses when it matters most to either acquire or retain them. They’re dedicated to delivering value for our customers by understanding their business pain points, and needs and ensuring we deliver them value at every stage of their journey.

As our creative Copywriter, you'll be responsible for developing new and innovative advertising ideas for any channel that delivers business and sales goals. You'll be a problem solver who can manage key stakeholder relationships during the briefing and ideation process. Working closely with the Copywriting manager and collaborating with other members of Marketing.

Please note that we have 2 Copywriter opportunities available. Both are Fixed Term opportunities for either 6 months or 12 months with potential to extend.

**What you'll be focused on...**:

- Collaborate effectively with designers, art directors, and Account Service to provide thought leadership and support throughout the creative delivery process
- Clarify requirements, target audience benefits, and desired business outcomes to ensure effective brief interpretation and consistent communications development
- Produce high-quality copy suitable for a range of different communications and media formats - Web, digital display, social, edm's
- Provide regular progress updates to the Creative Director and Copywriting Manager to make sure overall delivery timelines are met

**What we'd love to see from you...**:

- At least 5 years of experience in concept development and copywriting with proven experience in digital media
- Exposure to a broad range of copywriting outputs - both long and short forms for digital
- Experience in advertising or internal agency environment will be looked upon favourably
- A tertiary qualification in communications/marketing is desirable. Industry creative training is preferred
- A strong conceptual thinker with a passion for innovative ideas
- Outstanding written communication skills
- An understanding of the importance of creative strategy
