**About the Role**

Arcare currently has an opportunity for a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse to join our Quality Team in the role of Quality Support for Birtinya and Maroochydore at the Sunshine Coast. As a member of the Quality team, you will provide strong and effective support to Arcare residences on compliance issues measured against Commonwealth and State legislation, standards, regulations and guidelines, whilst supporting the overall achievement of compliance objectives.

**Skills and Experience**
- Strong knowledge of Aged Care Act, Standards, Guidelines and Regulations
- Strong clinical understanding and qualification as a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse and have experience in Aged Care.
- Proven ability to develop positive relationships to influence and negotiate change
- Pragmatic and logical in approach
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong work ethic
- Must be results driven and focused
- Reliable car and current Driver’s License as travel is required.
