**Regional Manager - Central West NSW**
**About the Role**:
This is a Permanent Full-Time role and can be based in Bathurst, Dubbo, Orange or Parkes.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Service Delivery and Practice Management: Lead and oversee service and program design, provision, and continuous improvement of all Anglicare Central West services.
- Conduct regular reviews and evaluations to ensure program practices meet organisational, contractual, legislative, and regulatory requirements.
- Develop innovative program and service models to attract philanthropic investment.
- Ensure financial sustainability by establishing and monitoring budgets and strategic planning for regional growth and staffing.
- Stakeholder Management: Develop positive working relationships with the local community, churches, funding bodies, and other community organisations to effectively market and promote services.
- Collaborate and partner with Aboriginal communities and organisations to advance Aboriginal self-determination.
- Partner with other Anglicare Heads and General Managers to deliver positive outcomes for the region.
- People Leadership: Serve as a role model for individuals and teams through professional, aligned, and capable leadership in line with Anglicare’s Christian vision, mission, values, and strategy.
- Select capable and aligned staff and provide effective leadership, including regular line management, supervision, learning, and development opportunities.
- Promote a safety culture, ensuring staff safety and well-being, and site safety.
**Qualifications and Experience**:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications
- Proven leadership capability and service management experience in community services
- Proven leadership of regional teams and service delivery
- Previous experience in developing and managing budgets, driving business efficiency and business growth
- Ability to effectively network in the Anglican diocese and also with other denominations and community partners
