We’re looking for a new team member to join our incredible Customer Operations + Processing Support (COPS) Team as a Business Support Officers immediately. The COPS team are the national backbone of our business. Reporting to the Field Operation Support Team Leader, you’ll be responsible for managing end to end Field Operations administrative and support functions. Core to the success of this role will be exceptional delivery of stakeholder and customer experience.

No two days will be the same for you as a Field Operations Support Officer:
**Customer & Stakeholder Management**: acting as a point of contact for the internal stakeholders, you’ll focus on maintaining strong working relationships to deliver on business KPI’s in time and ensure customer satisfaction.

**Branch & Field Administration function for the branch including**: overall accountability of the WIP, customer reporting, scheduling, support of AP/AR, invoicing based on customer contract agreements and any other Branch or Field Operations administration tasks

**Impeccable follow up**: on missing customer paperwork, quotes + leading any adhoc duties requested by line managers or other relevant stakeholders. A key accountability will be processing of vendor invoices, as well as payroll timesheet processing.
- Previous high-level administrative/ business support experience - working experience with high level administration accountabilities;
- Proven accuracy and attention to detail ability;
- Experience and proficiency with job management software + Microsoft Office Suite of programs;
- Demonstrated prioritisation and time management skills;
- Team player, natural collaborator + passionate about continuous improvement;
- Excellent communicator, strong written and oral communication skills, well organised, with good interpersonal skills.
