**Job Tasks & Responsibilities**
The position is responsible for arranging and directing the transportation and shipment of export consignments for one of our National Export accounts. As an Ocean export coordinator you will be directing the transportation and shipment of export consignments from origin to destination by compiling, completing and verifying required documents in accordance with company policy and procedure and external body regulations.
- Further tasks and responsibilities include:_
- Handling all Australia wide export operations and customer service queries
- This will include utilising both Cargowise One and SAP
- Processing consignments and associated documentation in line with clients expectations, internal SOP's and regulatory requirements
- Cargo tracking, data quality control, invoicing and active file ownership
- You will be set new challenges through our company's KPI's and the goals that you set for yourself
- Maximise profit through strong supplier relationships and continued operational efficiency
- Opportunities to present new and innovative solutions to improve our business operations
**Skills and experience**
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in export air & sea freight forwarding environment
- CargoWise One experience is Essential
- Ability to deal with internal and external 3PL providers
- Valid Dangerous Goods accreditation or experience necessary
