**About the Company**

We are currently seeking a Commissioning Manager to join a team working on a major transport infrastructure project in Melbourne. As the Commissioning Manager, you will be responsible for providing support to the leadership team, managing the testing and commissioning team, capability, and workplans. You will ensure that T&C deliverables are met within the given deadlines and executed successfully during occupations in accordance with standards and contractual requirements. Additionally, you will manage compliance, quality assurance, processes, and tools to ensure continuous improvement.

**About the Role**

**Responsibilities**:

- Define T&C strategy, planning, and deliver Test and Commissioning activities
- Verify all resources have the correct competency required to deliver the tasks
- Audit testing documentation to ensure compliance and continuous improvement
- Monitor testing activities against the program and report progress
- Provide support to the Tester In Charge as required
- Manage problems identified during the testing process to ensure timely resolution and close out of all issues prior to completion of the commissioning
- Manage the implementation of contingencies to ensure the testing program is back on track
- Undertake projects works, tender submissions, initiatives, tasks as directed by the Engineering Manager.
