**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide hands-on support and personal care to individuals with disabilities by their support plans.
- Assist clients with daily activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and household tasks.
- Foster a safe and supportive environment that promotes independence and dignity.
- Encourage and facilitate community participation and social activities.
- Document and maintain accurate records of client progress and activities.
**Key Requirements**:
- Minimum Certificate III in Disability (or equivalent qualification).
- Proven experience in disability support, preferably working with adults.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating empathy, patience, and reliability.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with clients, families, and colleagues.
- Flexibility to work across various shifts, including weekends and evenings if required.
- Current First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain).

Pay: $30.00 - $34.00 per hour
Expected hours: 6 - 24 per week
Schedule:
- Afternoon shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- On call
- Rotating roster
- Weekend availability
Licence/Certification:
- First Aid & CPR Certification (preferred)
- Working with Children Check (preferred)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (preferred)
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module (preferred)
- Driver Licence (preferred)
- CPR Certification (preferred)
- Infection and Prevention Control Certificate (preferred)
Work Authorisation:
- Australia (preferred)
