The Coffee Emporium is seeking a passionate and experienced Barista Manager to lead the management of our kiosk at Miranda Westfield. If you're enthusiastic about coffee and looking for an opportunity to take your skills to the next level, this is the perfect role for you

Your Responsibilities After Training:

- Driving sales by engaging customers with our brand, products, and daily presentation **Completing store audits, providing coaching, and supporting team development** Assisting with in-store team recruitment as needed **Overseeing and managing daily store operations**

To Succeed in This Role, You Will Have:

- Experience handling 5kg of coffee per day **Solid experience in beverage preparation and customer service** A commitment to continuous learning and training in food & beverage preparation **Full knowledge of barista duties and responsibilities** Full working rights in Australia

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of barista experience **Strong work ethic and passion for coffee** Excellent communication and customer service skills **Ability to work effectively in a team**

Training:In your first two weeks, you’ll receive full training with our superstar Area Manager to ensure you're well-prepared for success. At TCE, our top priority is supporting our valued team members

Pay: $30.00 - $60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
