HomeCaring Toowoomba are an NDIS registered provider who pride themselves on delivering person centred care services to NDIS participants.

We are seeking Support Workers to join our rapidly growing company. Our Support workers will need to be kind & caring by nature, be consistent, and have a genuine passion for asissting and supporting others to live the life they choose.

The Support team will be required to assist with:

- Social Support
- Community engagement Support
- Personal care
- Meal prep
- Transport
- All aspects of support on an individual basis

To continue providing high quality care, Home Caring require our **_Support Workers_** to have:

- A genuine passion for working alongside individuals and their families to foster a positive and long-lasting relationship
- Excellent communication skills and flexibility to support clients needs based on individual circumstances
- A positive attitude strongly based in compassion and resilience, a sense of humour, and ongoing accountability
- Qualification in Disability Care or equivalent experience
- Positive NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card)
- Blue Card
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates
- Current Drivers License and access to reliable, insured vehicle
- The right to work in Australia
- COVID 19 vaccination x 3 certified (mandatory)
- Consistent/regular hours

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $33.00 - $35.00 per hour
