**This opportunity**

**Responsibilities**
- Lead the enterprise-wide Business Continuity & Resilience strategy, planning and testing.
- Provide specialist input to maintain and improve Business Continuity and Resilience Management systems, procedures and plans, including Crisis Management, Enterprise Incident Management and Post Incident Review, and Training and User materials.
- Develop, schedule, and facilitate regular tests of TPG Telecom’s Crisis and Business Continuity plans.
- Support business stakeholders to identify and report on weaknesses in their arrangements for preventing and responding to incidents, emergencies, disruptions and crises.
- Design, develop and implement solutions to identify, manage and minimise the impacts of incidents and disruptions.
- Drive sustainable, repeatable and quantifiable improvements to resilience and risk programs, and manage performance monitoring and reporting.
- Enhance Business Continuity and Resilience culture, awareness and education.
- Assist Crisis Management / Incident Management teams during service disruption events.
- Contribute to the preparation of papers for Audit & Risk Committee (ARC).

**Knowledge and experience**
- Working knowledge of business continuity assessment and planning frameworks, management of crisis response.
- Experience in supporting large organisations implementing leading-practice in Business Continuity and Crisis Management approaches.
- A robust analytical mindset to manage risks at the micro and macro levels, and be comfortable to navigate ambiguity.
- Motivated and energised change-agent, and enthusiastic contributor to collaborative, highly productive team environments.
- Proficient stakeholder manager adept at developing trusted relationships across various levels of the organisation, presenting to small and large groups and facilitating productive stakeholder workshops.
- A lateral thinker with strong inquiry skills, exceptional attention to detail and natural curiosity to challenge assumptions.
- Confident communicator who can interact and influence with clarity and impact through verbal and written communications.
- Experience in the Telecommunications is desirable.
