**About the role**:
**Retail Team Leader’s** demonstrate their emerging leadership abilities, particularly in creating appealing & stimulating shopping experiences for Repco customers & sharing that knowledge with their team. It’s a perfect opportunity to showcase exceptional merchandising & presentation skills.

**Other expectations include**:

- Always display & enforce a **safety culture** to ensure your safety, and that of your teammates & customers
- Prior experience working in large format retail stores, focusing on displays, planograms & promotions
- Multitasking & prioritisation skills
- Leadership abilities (emerging or established) & ambition
- Availability to work Tuesday to Saturday, or as discussed with Manager
- Possess a valid driver's licence (manual preferred) to assist with deliveries from time-to-time
- Passion for the automotive industry & Repco products (ideal)

Note, this role will require lifting, bending & climbing.
