**Position Overview**:
As a Manufacturing Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in our ongoing growth and success. You will assist the Operations Manager in the coordination and support of an amazing manufacturing team with a wonderful culture. You will also hold a hands-on role, contributing to the achievement of daily safety, quality, and delivery goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Hands-on manufacturing of components including machined and welded plastics, rope mats, machined and assembled aluminium, and rotor-moulded components.
- Assist Operations Manager in co-ordinating manufacturing activities and supporting team members in the achievement of daily goals.
- Lead problem-solving activities that focus on improving the work environment, including safety, quality, and productivity.
- Set and maintain a high standard for the team, constantly engaging with the team to find and implement improvements.
- Participate in product innovation and development.

**Experience**:

- Experience in manufacturing activities. Use of CNC equipment would be advantageous.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Skilled in problem solving to ensure that issues are not repeated.
- Awareness of Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Ability to maintain an environment of trust and respect.
- Comfortable using computers and tablets for workload planning and reporting.
- Forklift license would be advantageous.
- Adapt to changing situations and able to make strategic decisions to ensure team’s success.
