Our team of 80+ ocean-obsessed legends live and breathe underwater adventure, and we’re looking for our next team member to dive into the journey with us.

**The Role**:
As a **Full Time Retail Team Member**, you’ll be on the frontline delivering next level customer service and sharing your passion for ocean sports with fellow enthusiasts. Whether it’s in store or over the phone, you’ll be matching customers with the perfect gear while contributing to a vibrant, high energy store environment.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Deliver friendly, expert advice to customers both in store and over the phone
- Operate POS systems and assist at the customer service desk
- Maintain a clean, organised, and visually appealing store
- Prepare quotes and process customer orders
- Become a go to product guru in your department
- Stay ahead of the curve with the latest gear and trends
- Help smash team sales goals and elevate the customer experience
- Support stock turnaround and contribute to efficient store operations

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Proven retail/customer service experience (bonus points if it’s in the diving or outdoor space)
- Spearfishing, Scuba Diving or Surfing knowledge or experience is highly desirable — we love fellow ocean adventurers
- A solution focused mindset and proactive attitude
- Team player who thrives in a fast paced, collaborative environment
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctual
- Ability to stand for long periods and handle physical store duties
- Keen eye for detail and pride in doing the job right
- Fast learner who’s flexible and eager to take on new challenges

Pay: $40,000.00 - $57,000.00 per year
