**Administration Assistant - Aboriginal Trainee Program**
**Location: Various locations, Parramatta, Goulburn and Orange NSW**
**Employment type: Multiple**Temporary Full-Time roles for up to 12 months that may lead to permanent employment**
**Salary**:$70,694.00 pa - $76,857.00 pa, plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading**

**Your role**
The SSCX Aboriginal Trainee Program is run through the Department’s Shared Services (SSCX) which provides a variety of Finance and Payroll transactional services to both the department as well as other Stronger Communities cluster entities. Shared Services has offices in Parramatta and Goulburn, and Orange and will require trainees to rotate through functional teams residing in one of these locations.
**What you’ll do**
The Administration assistant will rotate through 2-to-3 transactional processing areas over a 12 month period, undertaking entry level tasks from a broad variety of shared services functions. Each rotation will last approx. 3-to-4 months, however, may vary due to operational requirements.
At the conclusion of the 12 month program, performance in each of the rotational areas is assessed with a view to confirming suitability for ongoing placement. Pending availability of roles within the Shared Services Centre, an ongoing offer of employment will be made to trainees who have successfully completed the program.
