**The responsibilities for this role include:
- Lead, coach, and develop the Merchandise Promotions Team
- Establish individual performance plans and provide training and development opportunities.
- Mentor and support team members for personal and professional growth.
- Promote collaboration and understanding of the promotional process among stakeholders.
- Maintain open communication channels with internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide insights and recommendations for innovation in the promotional process.
- Support or lead initiatives to enhance the customer experience.
- Establish governances for promotional offers aligned with strategic objectives.
- Plan key promotional events in the Trade Planning Calendar.
- Utilise data analysis to provide insights and recommendations for a successful promotional program.
- Introduce innovative practices to improve the customer experience.
- Strategically plan tactical activities to address trading deficits and cycle events effectively.
- Foster cross-functional commitment and collaboration across departments.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience through collaboration and coordination.

- Proven experience in trade planning, promotions, or category management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data.
- Innovative thinking with a customer-centric approach.
- Proven ability to drive results and meet targets.
- Cross-functional collaboration and project management experience.

**Education/Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
