We are looking for a proactive and passionate Talent and People Generalist to join our dynamic team.
If you love working with people, have experience in a high volume recruitment and human resources environment and are looking for a role that challenge's you, this could be for you
**What the role looks like**:
**Talent**: Responsible for the end to end recruitment process including pre-screening, interviewing and offers for all roles in the Australian business. Selecting and developing key talent to ensure that there are people ready to fill critical roles when necessary.
People - Responsible for all cyclical HR processes across the employee life cycle. Implementing employee wellbeing, D&I, and talent management initiatives.
Helping people leaders deal with organisational, people, and change-related issues
Provide coaching and guidance to leaders on people management best practices.
Collaborating with the People & Performance Manager, ANZ and the other members of the People & Performance team to implement innovative and inclusive people strategies.
**On-boarding**: Coordinating all HR and business aspects of on boarding for new joiners, including HR Inductions.
**HR administration support**: Completing HR paperwork & managing digital files in our HR system (Employment Hero)
**Office Support**: General office admin, ordering supplies, event co-ordination and management

**Requirements**:
Knowledge of HR best practice is essential.
2+ years in an HR role in a high volume working environment.
Working knowledge of Australian employment law.
Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
High degree of computer literacy
Strong attention to detail and a can-do attitude.
High level of common sense with a pro-active, positive and fun approach.
Great organisational, administration and time management skills.
Experience of using Employment Hero is desirable but not essential
