As a Salesforce Omnistudio Specialist, you’ll be instrumental in enabling our Commercial and Product teams to successfully launch and sell new offerings while also ensuring the smooth operation and optimisation of our existing product portfolio and sales processes.

You will use your combined expertise in Salesforce configuration, administration, and Omnistudio development to enhance and maintain our Salesforce platform (including Sales Cloud, Media Cloud with CPQ/Order Management, and Data Cloud).

**What you’ll be doing**
- Develop, implement, and maintain effective Salesforce Omnistudio solutions (OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures) to meet evolving business requirements.
- Perform hands-on configuration and customisation of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Media Cloud (CPQ & Order Management), and Data Cloud using declarative tools (Flows, Validation Rules, etc.) to support business needs.
- Successfully configure, optimise, and maintain Salesforce CPQ within Media Cloud, including product/pricing rules and quote templates, to ensure efficient sales processes.
- Configure and maintain Salesforce Order Management processes within Media Cloud to support seamless order fulfillment and contract management.
- Effectively manage user accounts, roles, permissions, and security settings, providing timely user support and troubleshooting assistance.

**What we are looking for**
- Minimum of 3+ years of proven experience in Salesforce roles involving significant configuration and administration, with demonstrated experience in Omnistudio.
- Comprehensive understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, data model, and declarative configuration capabilities (Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules, etc.).
- Demonstrated experience developing and deploying solutions using Salesforce Omnistudio components (OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures).
- Hands-on configuration experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ configuration within Media Cloud.
