The 12-week cadetship/internship program within the Westpac Group will see you working alongside experienced professionals to gain hands-on experience to complement your field of study, and all training provided to help you develop the skills and knowledge to succeed in your role.

These opportunities are a great way to receive paid industry experience that is designed specifically to your degree to setup a successful career. Given the nature of these positions, you must be studying computer science, information technology, data or similar at University to be eligible.

**Duties Include**:

- Assist in the design, development and maintenance of systems
- Ensure data is accurate and consistently updated
- Prepare and run various data reports and analyses
- Provide support in the integration and migration of data into platforms
- Participate in training sessions, meetings and workshops

**About You**:

- Strong interest in data and data platform technology
- High attention to detail and analytical skills
- Can multi-task whilst meeting deadlines
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
