- What you'll get from the Indigenous Internship Programme

Over the 6-week paid program, you’ll get hands-on experience, build confidence in a real-world environment, and develop a broad set of professional and technical skills. You’ll learn from supportive mentors, work alongside experienced teams, and gain valuable insights that will help shape your future.
- We’ll ease you into the experience so you can grow at a pace that works for you:
- Weeks 1-2: 3 days per week- Weeks 3-4: 4 days per week- Weeks 5-6: 5 days per week
- Throughout the program, you’ll be paired with an Aurecon mentor who’ll be there to guide you, answer your questions, and help you get the most from your time with us.
- After completing the 6 weeks, you may have the opportunity to continue your journey with us through other early careers programmes - a chance to deepen your skills, expand your network, and take another step toward a rewarding, long-term career adventure.
- What we're looking for from you

We’re looking for those who are eager to grow, collaborate, and bring fresh thinking to the table. To be eligible you must be:
- Studying a relevant degree in Engineering, Architecture, Project/Construction Management, Science, Commerce, Business, Urban/Town Planning, Sustainability or related double degree.- Passionate for creating a better more sustainable future for Country.- Collaborative and have desire to bring ideas to life.- Curious to learn, grow and gain new experiences.
